your home. Because our products are made to order, all sales are final.

No Returns or Exchanges

• Custom products cannot be returned or exchanged once an order has been
placed and production has begun.

Order Cancellations

• Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
• After 24 hours, cancellations are not possible, as materials and production
